TCSHRM - April Program: HR LAB - Reporting & Analytics

Twin Cities SHRM will be highlighting four local companies to individually present their HR data story: strategy, triumphs, structure and weaknesses. What do their organizations measure? What is the future of measurement from their perspective? Post presentation, the group will take part in a moderated panel. TCSHRM survey data will be tied into the panel content at the session, but also provided to those that participate via email. Take the survey HERE.

Session Discussion Topics & Learning Objectives:

  • LAB portion of the program will provide self-assessment, discussion and bench-marking.
  • Review of systems, processes and team structures for effective HR reporting and analytics.
  • Project examples from the participating companies that have increased HR organization’s relevance in the last 18 months.
  • Extending HR analytics into the business – looking beyond headcount and turnover.
  • Challenges in taking your organization beyond standard reporting and analytics.
