Periods of change can be some of the most challenging times for work teams. We’ll start this engaging program by discussing common stages that individuals and teams go through in dealing with organizational change. We’ll then work into several practical, take-home strategies for successfully navigating change; maintaining teamwork throughout the change process; and skillfully handling conflicts that arise due to heightened tensions at work.
