Performance reviews play a key role in providing helpful feedback to managers and employees. When conducted and written well, reviews have the potential to increase engagement and improve performance. Yet, too often these important conversations and documentations fall flat. Employees walk away unsure of what their manager really thinks or how they can improve their work - or worse, an inaccurate picture of their performance. As HR professionals we can lead the change by coaching reviewers to create meaningful performance appraisals that benefit both the employees and the organization.
In this one hour workshop participants will: Receive practical recommendations for delivering useful performance reviews. Learn elements which consitute valuable/relevant performance ratings and reviews. Learn a method that provides useful feedback that enhances performance.
