Judy received her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources from Capital University in Columbus Ohio.  She spent a total of 15 years in Human Resources.  This, paired with 20 years in Operations, ultimately led her to become the President of Buffalo Wild Wings, North America.
