During this presentation, you will:

Shelly and Chris both hold MA degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy. Through their academic journey in understanding systems theory and human dynamics, they were inspired by the integration of their professional experiences to evolve the effectiveness of critical change efforts such as dissolving sexual harassment and discrimination.

Shelly launched her professional career with a MS in Statistics and has served as an internal and external consultant for a wide range of organizational change initiatives for over 25 years. Her clients include General Mills, Land O Lakes, Cenex Harvest States, and Cargill. Chris holds a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and is building on a 30 year career as a practicing attorney and in risk management.
