Within the next year, more than 20 percent of the workforce will be comprised of Generation Z employees. Robert Half has produced new research about this generation, born from 1990 through 1999. Jennifer Carlson is Vice President and Metro Market Manager of Robert Half Management Resources in Bloomington, where she leads the HR & Finance Project and Direct Hire business lines. For more than 20 years, Jennifer has worked for Robert Half and been instrumental in launching and growing the HR practice in Minnesota.
Prior to joining Robert Half, Jennifer worked as a finance practitioner for Deloitte & Touche and Carlson Companies. She holds a CPA (inactive) and served for six years on the MNCPA board of directors. Jennifer and her team are proud to be actively involved in the Twin Cities SHRM chapter, of which Robert Half is a strategic sponsor.
Jennifer has a bachelor’s in accounting from St. Cloud State University. She serves on the accounting advisory committee for North Hennepin Community College and is a guest speaker at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. Jennifer was named a 40 Under 40 honoree by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal in 2007.
