Welcome to the 2020 MNSHRM Leadership Conference! The content of this conference is geared towards leaders from all of the chapters throughout Minnesota but all are welcome to attend.

Sunday, January 12th

  • 10am-12pm - New MNSHRM State Board Orientation: E-Board, CLA, Chapter Presidents
  • 12-12:30pm - Lunch
  • 12:30-1:30pm - MNSHRM State Board Meeting: E-Board, CLA, Chapter Presidents
  • 2-4pm - Speaker: James Robilotta – Authentic Leadership
  • 4-4:45pm - Hotel Check-In and Bar Service
  • 5-6pm - Dinner and Lifetime Achievement Award and Chapter Award Ceremony
  • 6-7:30pm - Shari Fitzpatrick - Shari's Berries

Monday, January 13th

  • 7:30-8:30am - Breakfast
  • 8:30-9:30 - Welcome and Introductions
  • 9:30-10:30am - VLBM Update (Nov in DC) & SHRM Update
  • 10:30-10:45am - Break
  • 10:45am-12pm - CLA Training
  • 12-1pm - Lunch and Networking
  • 1-2pm - Best Practices Roundtables by Topic
  • 2-3:30pm - Presentation & Discussion: MNSHRM State Conference 2020 & Committee
  • 3:30-3:45pm - Closing

MNSHRM will cover the cost for the conference and the Sunday evening hotel for up to 7 leaders from each chapter; additional leaders are $200 each if they need a hotel room on Sunday and $75 each if they do not need a hotel room. 

After completing the event registration, reserve your hotel room by 12/20/19 to utilize our group rate of $119.00. You will be asked to provide a credit card at the time of registration to hold the reservation and for your incidental charges only.

Hotel registrations made after 12/20/19 will need to be prepaid by attendee and submitted for reimbursement. MNSHRM will reimburse you at the rate no higher than the room block rate of $119.00/night plus tax.
