MNSHRM 2023 Leadership Conference

Join us for the MNSHRM 2023 Leadership Conference

Conference and hotel registration is now open for the in-person 2023 MNSHRM Leadership Conference on Sunday, January 23 & Monday, January 24 at the Mystic Lake Casino Event Center.

MNSHRM will cover the cost for the conference and the Sunday evening hotel for up to 7 leaders from each chapter; additional leaders are $225 each if they need a hotel room on Sunday and $85 each if they do not need a hotel room.   

We will focused on strengthening the relationship between the State Council and our Chapters.  The agenda and additional information for this conference will be sent in the coming weeks.   

Conference Information:

• Sunday, January 22 at 1:00 p.m:  New MNSHRM State Council Orientation for new Chapter Presidents
• Sunday, January 22 at 2:00 p.m:  Attendee Arrival and Check-In
• Monday, January 23 at 8:30 a.m.:  Second day of conference starts.
• Monday, January 23 at 12:00 p.m.:  Second day of conference ends.  Travel home 

Hotel Reservation instructions:

• Attendees needing a hotel room will need to make a reservation through the Mystic Lake online reservation system by December 31, 2022 to get the group rate. The room and tax will be paid by MNSHRM, however, registrants will be asked to provide a credit card at the time of reservation and check-in for incidental charges. 
• MNSHRM will cover the cost for the conference and the Sunday evening hotel for up to 7 leaders from each chapter; additional leaders are $225 each if they need a hotel room on Sunday and $85 each if they do not need a hotel room. 
• The MNSHRM group rate ends on December 31, 2022. Attendees who register after December 31, 2022 will need to contact the Marriott Northwest directly to reserve a room at the current rate and submit the receipt for reimbursement after the conference. 
• MNSHRM will reimburse at the rate no higher than the room block rate of $129.00/night plus tax.
