Program Details
When you get a text or email, how quickly do you read the message? How quickly do you respond? You probably respond to what’s important to you.

Why do we not do the same when it comes to our own health? Probably because the health messages we are receiving just haven’t impacted us enough to start making a change.

Cheryl’s keynote will inspire participants to take charge of their health before it’s too late.

Key Takeaways

  1. To better understand the importance of making health our #1 priority.
  2. To explore 4 effective ways to improve all aspects of your health and life.
  3. To begin the creation of a life-changing personal well-being action plan.
