This group will meet throughout the year to support the unique challenges and opportunities that are part of working in a smaller HR department. We will focus on best practice sharing, round table discussions and networking with other HR professionals like you, as we discuss strategies that are critical for success in driving performance and supporting the work that our managers and teams are doing.
We also encourage those that might not be in a direct HR role, but may be in an operations role that oversees HR, to attend as well!
We will be using this LinkedIn Group forum for communicating, asking questions, sharing ideas, etc. We will get you invited to this group after you attend your first meeting.
