TCSHRM June HR Strategy Lab: Building Inclusive Workplaces Through Interactive Connection

This "Play with Purpose" workshop equips HR professionals with hands-on experience to strengthen workplace belonging and inclusion using the 30 year-old LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methodology. Through guided building activities, participants will discover how structured play breaks down barriers, surfaces unheard perspectives, and contributes to a culture of psychological safety at work. Attendees will leave with both tangible tools (Lego bricks!) and actional strategies to build belonging through playful approaches that deepen connection and drive employee engagement.
