Most participants choose to add the Group Coaching option so they can apply the ideas from the program to real work situations and get feedback from peers and strategic HR experts.

Small groups of 6 to 10 participants meet at 9 AM Central on the Tuesdays between program sessions: April 21, May 5, and May 19.

These sessions are where many participants say the biggest breakthroughs happen, especially as they work through their capstone project.

You can add cohort coaching at any time if seats are still available, though groups tend to fill quickly.
