MNSHRM 2027 Leadership Conference

Join us for the MNSHRM 2027 Leadership Conference

Conference and hotel registration is now open for the in-person 2027 MNSHRM Leadership Conference on Monday, January 11 and Tuesday, January 12 at the Hyatt Regency in Bloomington, MN.

MNSHRM will cover the cost for the conference and the Monday evening hotel for up to 10 leaders from each chapter. Invited roles include President, President-elect, Treasurer, Secretary, Certification Director, Legislative Director and Membership Director. 

We will focus on strengthening the relationship between the State Council and our Chapters. The agenda and additional information for this conference will be sent in the coming weeks.   

Hotel and event registration end on Monday, December 28.

The agenda will be provided as soon as it is available.

Hotel Reservation instructions:

• Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations through the Hyatt Regency online reservation system by Monday, December 28, to get the group rate. The room and tax will be paid by MNSHRM; however, registrants will be asked to provide a credit card at the time of reservation and check-in for incidental charges. 
• The MNSHRM group rate ends on December 28, 2026. Attendees who make their reservation after December 289, 2026, will need to contact the Hyatt Regency directly to reserve a room at the current rate and submit the receipt for reimbursement after the conference. MNSHRM will reimburse at the rate no higher than the room block rate of $109/night plus tax.

Note:

• The local chapter will be invoiced for $150 for each attendee that registers and does not cancel by the deadline of end-of-day, December 28, 2026.
• Mileage is not reimbursed for MNSHRM events.
