What are the dates of the conference?
The conference is October 14-16.
Where will the sponsors and exhibitors be within St. Cloud River's Edge Convention Center?
Sponsors and exhibitors will be in the Terry Haws Center C.
Where do I park at the St. Cloud River's Edge Convention Center?
River's Edge has access to over 1,800 parking stalls within a four block area of the Convention Center, and 700 parking stalls that are connected to the facility by skyway system.
When is the Exhibit Hall open?
Monday, October 15 - 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 P.M. Sponsors are welcome to join the attendees for a Social Hour from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
How do I select my booth and when will I know what booth number has been assigned to me?
Specific booth numbers will be assigned once logos and weblinks have been submitted.
What is included with my booth?
All booths include draping, a 8’ skirted table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket and your company name on the back wall of the booth.
When can I set up my booth?
The Exhibit Hall will be open on Monday, October 15 from 7:00 - 10:00 a.m. for set up. It is in use for another event on Sunday evening, so no Sunday set up will be available.
I have a product/service that I want to giveaway at the conference, how do I do this?
Thank you so much for providing a giveaway for the attendees! You are welcome to giveaway your item directly from your booth at a time that is convenient for you.
Does my sponsor/exhibitor booth come with electricity?
We have found that most of our sponsors/exhibitors do not need electricity and so have not included that in our packages in order to keep your costs as low as possible. However, if you need electrical services, you may order directly through the St. Cloud River's Edge Convention Center. Orders need to be submitted by October 2. Total $ Accepted forms of payment for electrical service are cash, check (payable to River’s Edge Convention Center, 10 4th Avenue South, St. Cloud, MN 56301) or MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit cards. River’s Edge does not accept American Express. If paying by credit card, please write credit card number, expiration date, security code and billing address for the credit card statement on cover sheet and fax to River’s Edge at 320- 255-9863. You may also call the River’s Edge Administration Office at 320-255-7272 with credit card information. For security reasons, please do not email credit card information. Email the Electrical Service Order Form to: Dianne.Koch@ci.stcloud.mn.us.
Can I order additional furniture?
Additional furniture may be ordered directly through the St. Cloud River's Edge Convention Center or through A & N Convention Services. Orders need to be submitted by October 10th with the A&N Furniture Rental Form.
How do I ship my items to the St. Cloud River's Edge Convention Center?
Exhibit materials may be shipped to either the River's Edge Convention Center to arrive no more than three days prior to October 15 or to A & N Convention Services to arrive no later than October 8 using the A&N Freight Form.
You must arrange outgoing shipments with the carrier of your choice. Materials should be labeled as follows:

Can I bring food into the St. Cloud River's Edge Convention Center?
Full service catering is available through an array of licensed caterers. This allows many different options for any type of event. Caterers provide china, linens, wait staff, food cleanup and waste removal. Food and beverage sampling for an event must be approved by River's Edge management.
