MNSHRM 2026 Leadership Conference

Join us for the MNSHRM 2026 Leadership Conference

Conference and hotel registration is now open for the in-person 2026 MNSHRM Leadership Conference on Sunday, January 18 and Monday, January 19 at the Marriott West Hotel in St. Louis Park.

MNSHRM will cover the cost for the conference and the Sunday evening hotel for up to 10 leaders from each chapter. Invited roles include President, President-elect, Treasurer, Secretary, Certification Director, Legislative Director and Membership Director. 

We will focus on strengthening the relationship between the State Council and our Chapters. The agenda and additional information for this conference will be sent in the coming weeks.   

Hotel and event registration end on Monday, December 29.

The agenda will be provided as soon as it is available.

Hotel Reservation instructions:

• Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations through the Minneapolis Marriott West online reservation system by Monday, December 29, to get the group rate. The room and tax will be paid by MNSHRM; however, registrants will be asked to provide a credit card at the time of reservation and check-in for incidental charges. 
• The MNSHRM group rate ends on December 29, 2025. Attendees who make their reservation after December 29, 2025, will need to contact the Marriott West directly to reserve a room at the current rate and submit the receipt for reimbursement after the conference. MNSHRM will reimburse at the rate no higher than the room block rate of $119/night plus tax.

Note:

• The local chapter will be invoiced for $150 for each attendee that registers and does not cancel by the deadline of end-of-day, December 29, 2025.
• Mileage will no longer be reimbursed for MNSHRM events.
